No execution result means no confirmed result. Transport failures are not no-match results. Only offer actions present for the selected product. Protocol clients should initialize once, retain the returned MCP session header on subsequent requests, and DELETE the session when finished. New initialization is not required per tool call. If a session expires, initialize again without automatically replaying a business action. Follow Retry-After on capacity or rate-limit responses; avoid retry loops.
